One of the things an individual could do and be happy with him or herself later in life is taking charge.  The mind is wired to run from difficulties and challenges but it is one's responsibility to train it to stay and fight back.  Responsibility is the state or fact of having a duty to deal with something or of having control over someone. So running from responsibilities ain't a way to solve problems. Though it could look like a solution but trust me it's going to be temporary.  See men who drink just to forget about their problems usually end up in bigger problems.
