You are a good judge but let's see who is a better judge.

A very rich man came to an area to say hello to his long time friend, he parked his car in front of a petty trader but did not greet the trader. He entered his friend's house and after 30mins he came out and couldn't find his car.
He challenged the petty trader and the petty trader did not say a word .
He  threatened the trader and charge him to court.
Do you think the trader is to held responsible or not ?
